Biography
Dale Ramlakhan is an energy and infrastructure leader with over 20 years of experience originating, structuring and executing high impact projects across the Caribbean and US, focused on advancing sustainable energy systems.
He brings deep expertise in project finance, stakeholder engagement, policy development and Caribbean market dynamics. As Project Director of NewGen Energy Limited's 120MW hydrogen project, the Caribbean's first at scale initiative, and Chairman of the Energy Decarbonization Taskforce at the Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago, he shapes investment frameworks and value chain collaborations for energy production, shipping fuels and industrial applications.
