Amitava delivers regulatory guidance across IMO and EU frameworks and has developed key tools on IMO GFS, FuelEU Maritime, EEDI/EEXI, CII, and DNV’s 1.5°C trajectory for NZBA. His portfolio spans major European port authorities and global energy clients, covering technoeconomic assessments of shore power and onboard carbon capture value chain, emissions forecasting, bunker demand analysis, modernization and decarbonization strategies.
