Valletta Gateway Terminal

Valletta Gateway Terminals Ltd (VGT) is Malta's multipurpose port terminal, handling RoRo, container, vehicle, conventional cargo and cruise operations at the Port of Marsa. A joint venture between the Portek Group of Singapore and the Tumas Group of Malta established in 2006, VGT is a critical logistics gateway for the Maltese islands and is exploring shore power and terminal electrification as part of the island's decarbonisation roadmap.
